If you were a sado/maso narcissist, would you want to fuck up your own tits?

This is an issue I have mixed feelings about, as I am torn between wanting to watch my killer cut off and eat my nipples and wanting him to cut them off and make me eat them...

 
As a guy with gynecomastia, I have these a cups as a dude I've always wanted to get rid of. Would be nice, while someone grabs the nipple, pulls hard away from the body and then slicing off my tits with a sharp knife. Can get cooked along with the rest of me.
