A 19-year-old student from Brgy 227, Tondo, Manila was found dismembered and dumped in Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines.
The victim was identified as Rusty Dela Cruz y Rubia.
The suspect, Dante Reyes y Silva, 42, was arrested immediately in Sta Cruz Manila.
CCTV showed that the suspect went to the victim's house but never came home.
CCTV also showed the suspect carrying two large plastic bags in a taxi.
