His crime must have been considered extreme for these images to appear without censorship. If you think back 3 or 4 years it was routine for images to appear here on a weekly basis. Don't know if that can be considered progress.

There seems to be an uptick in public executions in Iran... Total of 5 reported today, 4 in Shiraz where 3 were hanged on Monday and 1 in Karaj. Photos of Monday's hangings have been posted here, hopefully someone can find photos of today's events. I miss the 'old days' when dedicated posters...

This image is a special request by Rick. Two assasins, Uncle and Nephew were hanged in Tehran several years ago for killing a despised judge.

I've found three for your approval... Badly missing some of the very talented posters who would have found dozens of images from this event in Karaj yesterday, Sunday. Three young men in three different locations. I only manage to find these.

Kudos to Hallows3 for his efforts. I would like to nominate him as unofficial Iran execution watchdog as numerous former posters are no longer involved and he seems to excel at finding those amazing images which is no easy task.
