From the amazing variety of photos you've posted of Bulgarian men in particular, I agree. As far as cultures and appreciation for both male and female beauty, I think traditional cultures in general have tended to appreciate the beauty at least adolescent males, though I'm not as certain when it comes to fully matured men.
