Did you know that the gold standard test for psychopathy involves measuring subjects’ brain activity as they are bombarded with nauseating images of road accidents, torture and death.

In most of the population these images have the amygdala firing in fear and disgust.

In CDG members the graph is flat as a pancake.

Still that doesn't make you an evil person.

Psychologist Dr. Kevin Dutton claims a level of psycopathy is necessary to survive in the modern world and essential for success.

Forensic experts, surgeons and soldiers trained to kill are all psycopaths.

Ruthlessness, fearlessness, impulsivity, self-confidence, focus and coolness undre pressue are all signs of the "good psycopath"...the evil one being serial killers and those who hurt other people for pleasure.

Leading brain surgeons have admitted in interviews that they feel no compassion or empathy when they open a patient's skull.

Where on the spectrum are you?

Used in this way, the term 'psychopath' becomes meaningless (which could be why it is no longer used in DSM).
Inability to empathize with others is something quite different from lacking a conscience to distinguish between good and evil actions, and the lack of disgust at certain images or actions is different still, and I bet highly determined by culture and habit (as a professional surgeon, you don't faint from cutting into a body and drawing blood), so this can never be discussed in a 'sick-or-healthy' way at all.
I like to judge people by their actions, not their fantasies or thoughts, and so I think I'm a 100% non-psychopath.

:Nice thread::party beer:

So I think I'm a 100% non-psychopath.

"Normal men" fancy wet pussy and big tits straight dudes have told me they are utterly disgusted just by seeing other guys naked, let alone dead.

As a CDG member you clearly enjoy seeing dead bodies which instantly gets you in the psychopath group.

You can count me in the non psychopathic category. Gore images don't repulse me, but they don't turn me on either.

For the most part, I joined this site because I like the thought of completely dominating and controlling a man.

I agree with Pierced Chest - you're only a psychopath if you actually do it, or lack empathy in real-world situations. You're also liable to get free accommodation for along time, or even end up as a CDG yourself in interesting ways in some countries!

Well I might fit in the "psychopath" class, in that I have a twisted fascination with getting burnt alive nude. I would probably fit in some other class of crazies in that my biggest sexual turn on is the thought of my own death by burning at the stake. As I've shared elsewhere, the most intense orgasms of my life have cum when I've been tied naked to a stake with a fire lit under my butt while my cock pressed hard against the stake. this was always "safe" fire-play, but part of me really wanted to finish the job!

particularly one that knows that the only way he will be leaving your control will be as a corpse after his execution.

I think I'd consider myself as somewhat psychopathic, even though I've never purposely hurt anyone. I'm quite apathetic towards all things in general, not just when witnessing gruesome images. Most of the empathy I "feel" is experienced cognitively. I receive little or no satisfaction when helping others. Maintaining friendships is a burden. Yet, I still try to be nice to others as it is a way to avoid conflict. I could probably get by without anyone realizing that this is how I feel.

It's pretty much a perfect storm for me to turn into some type of serial killer, haha. But I'm pretty much satisfied with fantasizing, and looking at pictures and videos from fine sites such as this. :)

were all just a bunch of corpse loving crazy mother fuckers!!!!!!!!!!!! LMFAO, LOL, LOL

If not being disgusted by gore images makes one a psychopath then pretty much everybody who works in the medical field is a psychopath. In Abnormal Psych the first thing you learn is that EVERYBODY is a little insane with dark fantasies. Necrophilia for example is a paraphilia which in of itself is not considered a mental disorder. Necrophilia is only considered a mental disorder when the person acts on their desires and hurts someone or when the necrophilia prevents the person from being able to live in homeostasis.

I disagree. Doesn't "psychopath" imply a lack of self control?

I'm psychotic, but my condition has little to do with violence or gore (and even less with pussy).

"straight dudes have told me they are utterly disgusted just by seeing other guys naked

I don't know about this one, I realize that straight guys may say they are disgusted by other guys, but I have a hard time believing it. I'm not disgusted by an attractive nude female, so why would they be disgusted by an attractive nude male?

there is actually a pdf file you can download if you search necrophilia on google. it us worth reading as it describes the psychology involved in necrophilia when one psychologist did a case study.

I can be selfish like anyone else at times but I'm not without empathy. 'Snuff' fantasy stories can be arousing but I certainly know better than to cross the line into reality in that sphere.
The idea of corpse mutilation is a huge turn on (as are gore photos) but not even in a 'sexual' way per se. Also, a necrophile who 'abuses' a corpse, so long as he did not actually kill the person, can't be properly classified as 'sadistic' since there is no pain given or felt.
