If I were even tempted I'd do it just to see how hardcore you claim.

Sorry but I took law in highschool....I'm pretty sure it doesn't work like that.

Not for so much as content as image.

You can sue for design and special interface.

But for actual photo's and image content.

Highly highly doubtful.
You don't own the real rights to these photo's or video's herein.

All content posted on CDG is copyrighted, it is so easy to file a law suit once I have their details.

My sister worked in one of the busiest courts in here - she dealt with fraud, murder trials and what not. She said she felt ill when the defandants started lying. LoL

Now shut the fuck up and go jack to some porn.

I have fucked up people in the real world and on the internet, doesn't cost me anything and brings joy to my deprived soul seeing people suffer.

You don't...own...the official rights to any of these gore photo's or video's.

Period.

You can't sue someone for stealing your watermarked photo's just because they are marked and were on your site (first?).
