When do you suppose some enterprising king pin in the Brazilian drug industry will realize that they could make a lot of money marketing body parts instead of simply killing their enemies and letting them rot somewhere? I suppose they could kidnap their victims alive and remove parts starting with the least critical thus supporting an ever growing demand.
