SENTENCED BY THE ANGRY MOB

I'm not against vigilante justice, but it seems kind of gay to pull down the bad guys' pants.
 
The people were probably fed up. The little bastards probably stole from everybody and so the crowd just did everything they could think of to exact their justice.

I dont think its anything other than a display of humiliation.
