The second has had an antishake/deblurring filter applied using PS
Have a look at both of these - has PS picked up this guys cock hanging out of his shorts? .....or not?
This filter works by attempting to drag pixels back to where they were to eliminate the 'blur'..but sometimes it introduces artifacts. So is it his cock ..or not..???
