It's the third time I've seen this one, got to be one of the most brutal there is.

If he wasn't drugged this guy must have been able to take some serious pain as he hardly made a sound.

Htey cut all major artery very rapidly. Heart pump out some of bodyred wine, but rapid decompression put it in arrest and not more pump. This man has 5 litre of red wine inside and here not flow more of 1-2 litre. I not understand at all why they bind tightly hands and legs of beheaded man and why not get to him some energy drink before, to put his heart in condition to pump all fluid away, slowly but by hard work.
 
great vid. my only complaint is the same one i have for all these vids. Just stop talking and let us hear the sounds of his death as he struggles for life instead of just a lot of "allah hu ackbar"
