What a weird post, but interesting! Nobody but you would think of this, Meatpie.

I didn't know the artist, or the work, or the saints, so I had to google.

Looks like they were supposed to be twin brothers, and very miraculously preserved when dug up.

That's hot! There are some really hot classical paintings out there. I used to love looking through the art history books as a child to see these kinds of paintings. They were such a turn on. I never saw this one though.
