38-year-old pumped air into his balls and died naked from air embolism.
 
usually when someone pumps their balls they use saline. talk about an odd way to go

Everything about this situation is revolting. Do you think he INTENDED to commit suicide this way, or did he kill himself accidentally? The mirror makes me think he was getting off looking at his overinflated nut-bag.

I agree with Alex, don't think it was suicide, but a silly and fatally backfiring attempt at getting off.
