Notice that the photographer went out of his way to snap a close-up of his left foot and that DANDY middle toe just begging for attention. I would bite it very hard.
Really, the pic of foot was edited for me. I cutted it from the same pic with a few better quality, but censored, with blurred body.

I would bite it OFF and make a meal of it. Love toe food.
