I like this idea, too. Up against a wall shirtless, camo pants, and dogtags. You wouldn't necessarily have to show the firing squad itself if budget's an issue, just Mac breing shot, perhaps led to the wall by one other actor. Voiceover ready, aim, fire, etc.
