Or Elizabethan? I have my opinions. Does anyone feel drawn to this garb the way others might be drawn to cycling lycra or leather bike suits? Bit of an out there question hehe.

Personally I'm not actively drawn to Medieval/Renaissance garb ('Elizabethan' is maybe a bit parochial - it means later 16th century, for those not of English extraction), but the few contemporary pics of dead/executed guys in their garb can be hot. Cue for an Art thread?

A codpiece can be a turn on if the guy wearing it is young and attractive.

Snag with Tudor or Elizabethan garb is that it is all enveloping leaving little to the imagination. Great period for executions though, no headsman ever lacked for work

Though it is enveloping, the aesthetics of the design were very flattering to the male form.
