DAMN, he's hot!! Looks like multiple gunshots. Judging from the mess on the floor, which I'm guessing includes some brain matter, I'd say a slug to the head, maybe one to the left shoulder, and one to the leg, since the shorts are blood stained.
That said, he should be stripped naked for a closer examination and investigation. Of course, that's after the horrified looking chick in the back is escorted out....
