You can't prevent identification of an individual simply by covering the eyes. It doesn't work for celebrities with sunglasses, and it won't work for corpses with a black box either.

A black box over the groin will serve no purpose, unless it's used on a guy who has two dicks. For the most part, one groin looks pretty much like the next.
