Ultra lean boy hacked and gutted with kitchen knife. Final blow was between the front teeth. Someone must have really hated him.
 
WHOA..... I have to agree, he clearly pissed someone off. If the partial disembowelment wasn't enough, let's just jam a steaknife between his teeth. Nice!! Extra points for creativity, but the killer loses a few for keeping him clothed. Overall, I'd give it an 8!
