Poverty in the united States

Sometimes I am not really sure if so called racism is really racism because of races or because of people belonging to different classes.
 
I think the two actually go hand in hand. You have to look at the history of peoples who've been disenfranchised and in this culture it's been pretty much everyone who isn't a middle class white male, and in this society black males have a lot going against them.

Poverty is also one of the biggest factors that affects violence levels. Which also might explain why a disproportionate amount of people in jail are black males (with the trappings of an inadequate and racist/classist judicial system)
