Was 2012 a good or a bad year for you?
Good because I avoided 'Sandy' where I live, but many of my co-workers lost their homes or had major damage.

I am also grateful we still have a house.
I nearly passed out, it hit at 3.01 am I jumped up of bed in my undies and felt so dizzy I could puke with no effort.

Not Staten Island, but Long Beach and Howard Beach; as you can tell by those names, they are by the water
