It says "cadaver of HRTM" whatever that means. I think it's a different guy in the other pics, unless it's him after rotting for a while.

Of course, that explains the arm sitting differently The mouth is different too.
Wonder if the second guy also wears a diaper, and if there are some spares in the bag.
