I think that first guy's dead. It doesn't say he's dead but it looks to me like he is, and a damn hot dead guy is he. That must be him with his face covered in the end.

If you watch carefully you can see he is still moving his lips, so definately injured just as the title says.

Great clip anyway and new to me.
