It does make you wonder what the person who designed that fabric was thinking. It also goes to show that you can never underestimate the general public's fashion sense. ANYthing, no matter what, will be purchased and worn by SOMEone.
 
Perhaps the designer should be executed, as well....

It has occurred to me that this unfortunate pair of shorts might be a camouflage creation for use by our armed forces. In which case, the designer is not at fault. I think I will revive and re-execute this young man for the crime of impersonating a military man.
