As of March 5, the forum has 1,000+ registered users, the highest population since the birth of the site last year.

Thats more than the necrofiles forum, more than prwantickler (Stu's site) who still has 150 members and more then the GA Forums.

But most importantly our users bring new material every day so the site is never boring, always something interestng to see or read here, whenever you have time.

Thank you and best of luck,

cdg Forum staff

I just now noticed Meatpie's mention of "...prwantickler (Stu's site)..." What's that?

It was a small community like ours that died ages ago. Before facebook forums were lively tightly-knit communities whose members knew each other and spent countless hours online together.

A variety of topics were discussed it was incredible fun. There was also competition among different online communities and members were motivated to post and strive for the best.

Sadly things have changed so fast.

Young people today don't know how to have fun online judging by the thousands of meaningless posts added on facebook daily which only a couple of people manage to read before they get pushed down the page.

Thank you for providing that information, Meatpie. Yes, things have indeed changed very fast over the last 40 years, and I, by failing to keep up from the start, have fallen irrevocably behind. I never did have a presence on Facebook and rarely have any cause to go there, and I am not motivated to take up with Twitter or Instagram either. I am set in my rotary phone ways. I thank God for CDG and Internet porn.
