Abit heartbroken;

Heres why.

Young man 23, came in today with a crushed northern skull.
Fortunately, he died instantly.
He was so handsome, yet so dead.
It threw me how days, maybe hours before he, Nicky, was alive and well.
Yet in an instant he's snuffed out.
Been here three years, I still have trouble with that thought.

Here now. Gone in an instant.

Jesus he was young. Why was his skull crushed?

Not a bad way to go, died instantly is what I love to hear not his leg was amputated, they put him on a tube but finally he had a seizure and died
