This man was caught stealing from the corpses of quake victims in Port-au-Prince, capital of Haiti. An angry mob undressed him stark naked tied his feet and dragged him around while members of the public were invited to kick and throw things at the offender until he eventually croaked.

Brutal, insane planet - these are images just in from Haiti, 21st fucking century!

Haiti has never been in the 21st century Meatpie. Probably never will be.
 
In haiti my buddy from there says the people must adminster justice often the police will not come unless you pay them.And in someplaces they will not go at all.Government is corrput and ineffective and poor.If you go to prision in haiti your family must bring food to you they do not feed you and every morning you get beat. So you can see why these people would do what they do. They have nothing and crime is still really bad before the earthquake.Haitians that move to the USA will go back to visit but they will not invest any money in that country because of the corruption
