Police said they couldn't identify the body at first as his face was also badly eaten. Dude was taken for autopsy.

Bears don't seem to waste anything. The lungs look to have been eaten, and those organs are generally considered inedible. I think deadbodysociety was just using Boris as a generic name for any Russian male (e.g. the Russian character in the Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoons was called Boris).
