I don't know where I got the idea, but I thought there wasn't any blood in the bodies by the time they were autopsied. I think I had a vague notion that they were drained beforehand. Anyway, I stand corrected, as this one is clearly full of blood.

Being dead isn't nearly so dreadful if you are laid out on spacious, clean slabs like these. We do see some filthy ones on occasion, but these boys are flying first class.

I agree with stustustugoo. Seeing Meatpie nailing a dude doggy style, on the forest floor of his mountain hideaway, is breathtaking. I've never witnessed it myself, but I can just imagine.
