Former British Motocross Champion Steven Lenoir dies after crash at 25 Years Old

Former British champion Steven Lenoir has been killed after a crash in qualifying for a race in France today, Monday. The Frenchman, currently second in the British MX1 championship, is reported to have had a huge crash in practice at Cassel and was airlifted to hospital in Lille. But it has now been confirmed he passed away. The race was abandoned.

Lenoir, the popular and friendly 25-year-old, has raced in the British championship for many years, winning the MX2 title in 2015. He has ridden for the Dyer and Butler team for many seasons.

Steven was cute, and so was his little doggie. I don't normally think of cycle racing as a deadly sport, not like sports car racing. It makes perfect sense, though, considering the number of highway bike fatalities we see here on CDG.

He's a super handsome dude...would love to see his feet and body in the morgue
