I doubt that his coworkers were provided with on-site grief counseling. You can't expect people to perform their jobs efficiently after seeing something like this, but they probably weren't even allowed to take the rest of the day off.

apparently he was securing a cable, he didn't realise it was looped around his neck, and a crane pulled the cable, was a quick beheading.

It is so easy to loop a vacuum cleaner electric cord around the neck to get it out of the way and forget it is there - I suppose the same thing for hi. Poor guy. He looks like he was a healthy good-looking guy trying to make some money for family back home.
