Natagpuang wala nang buhay ang nakahandusay na katawan ng isang lalake sa ilalim ng Calambusing Bridge, Purok 1, Brgy. Plaridel, sa bayan ng Basud, dakong alas 9 kahapon ng umaga
Kinilala ng mga otoridad ang bangkay ng biktima na si mark jamito perpetua, 29 anyos, residente ng PUROK 3, BRGY. Caayunan sa naturang bayan
Positibo itong kinilala ng kaniyang live in partner na si Josephine Cueva, 33 anyos
Batay sa inisyal na imbestigasyon ng pulisya papauwi na sa kanilang tahanan ang biktima galing sa isang inuman nang aksidente umano itong madulas hanggang sa mahulog sa tulay dahil sa kalasingan kaya’t posible umanong nalunod ito na nagresulta sa kaniyang maagang kamatayan
Ayon sa live- in partner ng biktima hindi umano ito ang unang pagkakataon na nalagay sa panganib ang buhay ng kaniyang kinakasama dahil muntik- muntikan na raw itong madisgrasya sa naturang tulay sa tuwing ito’y umuuwi ng lasing
Samantala, nito namang nakatalikod na Biyernes ng hapon ng matagpuan ang kalansay ng isang lalake sa isang taniman ng pinya sa Brgy. San Felipe

ANOTHER DEAD MAN FOUND UNDER THE BRIDGE IN THE TOWN OF BASUD
The body of a man was found lifeless under Calambusing Bridge, District 1, Brgy. Plaridel, in the town of Basud, at around 9:00 AM yesterday.
The authorities identified the victim as 29-year-old Mark Jamito Perpetua, resident of District 3, Brgy. Caayun in that town.
He was positively identified by his 33-year-old girlfriend Josephine Cueva.
According to the initial investigation by the police, the victim was going home from a drinking session when he accidentally slid until falling off from the bridge due to drunkenness, so he possibly drowned that resulted in his early death.
According to the victim's partner, it was not the first time that her boyfriend put himself into danger because he almost had an accident on that bridge every time he got home drunk.
Meanwhile last Friday afternoon [January 20, 2017], the skeletal remains of a man was found on a pineapple plantation in Brgy. San Felipe.
