I separate this post from the Philippine Drug War Collection thread because it entirely contains video.

Arnold Clavio: Good morning, Igan. Two corpses were found in Brgy. Pio del Pilar, Makati City last early morning [November 30, 2016]. The victims' hands and feet were tied. Their heads were covered with plastic and packaging tape, and then stuffed into garbage bag. Beside their dead bodies are placards. One of the placards has the hashtags with the inscription: "#Nagmahal #Nasaktan #Nagdroga #Napatay" (#Loved #Hurt #Drugged #Killed) [although the actual inscription is "#Nagmahal #Nasaktan #Nagtulak #Namatay" (#Loved #Hurt #Pushed #Dead)]. While another placard has the hashtags with the inscription: "#Nagmahal #NagbasagNgKotse #Nagtulak #Napatay" (#Loved #BrokeTheCar #Pushed #Killed). According to the police, it is the second time that the corpses were found in that place. Here's the news article:

2 ‘summary execution’ victims found in Makati

Two bodies of suspected summary execution victims were found in Makati City before dawn on Thursday.
GMA News' Unang Balita reported Thursday morning that the bodies were placed inside black plastic bags that were seen by a resident, who immediately reported to authorities.
An initial police investigation showed that the victims' bodies were found in Barangay Pio del Pilar in Makati City.
Both victims (all male) were hogtied and their faces were wrapped with packaging tape, the report said.
Authorities recovered bullet shells and slugs near the spot where the bodies were found, leading them to suspect the victims were shot at the scene.
Police are still determining the identities of the victims that only bore tattoos in their biceps and thighs.
Beside their bodies were placards with inscriptions, on one: "#nagmahal, nasaktan, nag droga napatay"; and on the other: "#nagmahal, nagbasag ng kotse, nagtulak - napatay."
Makati police said this was the second time suspected summary execution victims were dumped in the area, which was dark, not frequented by people, and no closed-circuit television camera installed.
Police are now investigating the case. —LBG, GMA News
