How on earth did this guy end up dead with a pole throuhg his neck and presumably right down into his chest that must have been driven in from almost above on his left side?
Or is what looks like a TV aerial underneath him on the end of the pole, so maybe he shinned up the pole to fix it, the pole gave wy, and he ended up with his head smashed into the floor still holding the pole?
