A tough one for me, but notable ones:

Martin Sheen shot in the head and dropping dead to the ground in 'FIRESTARTER'

The entire first level of the Sega CD video game 'GROUND ZERO TEXAS', where large parts are you shooting body-snatched humans and you see the guys thrown back with their feet kicking up into frame. Technically these aren't deaths as, being aliens, they are only stunned, but it gives you the opportunity to shoot them again

The story of the apartment scene in 'CITY OF GOD' where the guy Aristotle is shot in the head, drops to the ground with a yelp, and the camera lingers on his body, with his sneaker soles facing the camera.
