Inquiry in upgrading account

If i purchased the 1 month plan, what will happen the next few month?
Lets say the next month i did not purchased any plan, will i be able to purchased again anytime later and still got the full privileges?
I am thinking of upgrading my account. but i am student with no fixed income so sometimes i might not be able to upgrade my account.
