We had a post on this guy a couple of boards ago - executed by lethal injection in Texas (naturally) for burning his children to death in a house fire.

It's looking increasingly like there's no evidence of arson and he really was innocent. Talk about some lousy luck--imagine losing three kids in a fire, barely making it out yourself, then being busted, convicted, put on death row for a dozen years, and then killed.

The story also has been posted at the Google News site since Aug. 30, or so. The one I read was from New Yorker.

Did you the whole thing and came to that conclusion? Or do you claim to know about arson, fire etc. more than the scientist who discredited the work of initial investigators?
