New to me. Looks real enough.
As a very long time image hacker, there is something irreal about this image.
Look closer at the supposed hand which is grasping the eviscerated body near the inner leg. It doesn't appear to have any knuckles. And what is this odd semicircle near were the genitals should be? I think it is a fake ball sack.

For some reason I am compelled to study this image, and note why I think it is a fake.

At 300% magnification, I find I can't hold my hand in a way that mimics how the hand is supposedly grasping the corpse's thigh, so as to hide my fingers and thumb, and yet perform any useful action wrt the corpse, such as to hold it. Notice that the hand, apparently thrust behind the corpse's dick, does not distort the tissues it is supposedly grasping in the least. Also note that the fingers and thumb seem to vanish without distorting or disturbing the flesh they are supposedly pushing aside.
Then there is that dubious shading at the lower edge of the hand. A real photograph would not have shading suggesting a blending operation.
