What's more to the point, where's the other head? These three pics are all of the same dude - note the face-markings: the two spots above the right eye and the markings in front of the right ear.

Seriously, what's with the beheading thing? I got have nerves of steel to actually dismember someone so viciously.

The head wasn't covered with blood, which it would be if he were alive during the cutting. The blood keeps splurting out because it takes many seconds before the heart stopping pumping blood.
So I suspect this guy was shot and killed, then beheaded. No less brutal, I suppose, but it's easier to cut it off with out the guy squirming around.
Still, killing a teenager because you lost a horse race? Sheesh -- just learn how to bet better!
