He's pissed himself, and looks like interesting yellow undies from the glimpse at the waist.

 
Actually I'm not sure if he hanged himself, but that does look like a noose-groove on his neck.

Long, not best quality, but some good bits.

 
Number 1975 is a must see. Watching the chubby dude taking himself out is most sensual and depicts well the quickness of death by hanging. I suspect there may have been a few more involuntary movements after the film cut off, but he surely went beyond any hope of being revived during this film. He is dead, and was very considerate in providing us all some great fucking entertainment as his final act.
