... the "young thugs" are hanging out in a construction site... a machine gun wielding wild man busts in ... the shirtless studs run for their lives, but the bad ass shooter nails all of them one by one.........

yeah, you are right... in this case, however, the shooter just shoots then leaves... he's not interested in his victims feet
