yummy, chinese cusine is always nice, although different from what they have here. Do you use Sezchuan kitchen or do you go more for the Cantonse?

I prefer Cantonese, spicy and hot food galore!!

i live in Shenyang--a Northeastern city. Shenyang and Canton are almost on the two opposite sides of China so they are quite different in cusine culture. Cantonese like eating weired stuff---like snake, monkey brain, cat, dog ...

i have never tried it before. but i guess it can't taste too bad. my grandpa have had it before when on a business trip in Guangdong and he told me about how to eat it once--you knock the money's head open with hammer then suck the brain with a straw. i forgot to ask him how it tasted, i was so freaked out. my grandpa is not a bad person. i can't imagine him doing that.:totalshock::totalshock::totalshock:
