More drowning cases in Singapore this January 2011. Sorry about the picture quality due to media restriction.

Case 2: 19-year-old autistic kid got ran away, with hands tied using t-shirt, from home on 1 Jan 2011. Found dead in river after 3 days, with only black shorts.
