38-year-old Kiril Kirilov was gunned down in Sofia, Bulgaria yesterday outside his apartment in front of his girlfriend and neighbours.
Kiro, as his friends called him was hit three times in the legs but one bullet cut a major artery. He remained conscious, dragged himself for 150 metres and even maded two phone calls, one to his girlfriend to notify her about his own death and to say how much he loved her.
Paramedics were already on their way when Kiro suddenly collapsed, passed out and croaked.
Dude was at least 200 kg and very strong.
He was was awaiting trial for involvement in organized crime. Here is an incomplete list of charges:
- Illegal sale of drugs
- Murder of a young man in a bar
- Kidnapping wealthy businessmen from Sofia and asking for ransom of half a million euros
Amazingly the gang was successful and they got paid several times, releasing victims and then taking new ones.
It took police several years to find out who was behind the kidnappings.
Kiro beat up a policemen and escpaed from court.
Kiro also robbed houses and apartments in Sofia on a regular basis.
He was also sentenced for beating up people on the street.
Kiro also robbed several banks. He ambushed trucks that delivered money and valuable goods and robbed them.
