Someone should string that kid up by a chain, hopefully by the balls, and swing him around and slam him into the ground until his nuts rip from his body. Then just club him to death, much like he tried with the dog. It is "people", and I use the term loosely, like in this video that give the human race a bad name. I say kill'em. Yes its very bad, that dog was still a baby but I am sure that if it was a bigger dog it would have bitten the kid.

Terrible, and just not fair - anyone can abuse a puppy, why don't try and fight a grown up german shepard for example
