yes, it is. The movie is called Sculpture. The plot of the movie deals with the female lead as an artist who is making a sculpture of her idea of a beautiful muscular man should be. She gets her inspiration by using these local bodybuilders at a local gym owned by her family. Unfortunately for the bodybuilders, she gets a bit carried away with her project by murdering these guys and using their body parts to make up her sculpture.
