Hahaha Sorry buddy, but you are wrong :)

The estate was built between 1980 and 1988 as a high-density neighbourhood to serve as a dormitory settlement for the city's migrant workers. It is located approximately 3 km from the centre of Ljubljana. The estate consists of a variety of multi-family houses, mainly 3-, 8- and 12-storey blocks. With 4,418 dwellings, and covering an area of 68.5 ha, the estate houses about 13,400 inhabitants.

The average floor space in the estate is 65 m2 and the average number of persons per dwelling is 3. It is feared that the growing concentration of low-income households in the estate (flats in this neighbourhood are cheaper than in other parts of the city) may result, in the near future, in high income households moving out to other areas. This may consequently lead to increasing social segregation of the estate. The city has not developed any strategy, as yet, for the development of the estate.
